Great experience. very helpful customer service. Aisha always replies messages quickly and patiently. Very clean clinic with professional staff. My hair didnt grow back for first 3 months and I was worried it never does but after 3 months it grew perfectly.They dont try to sell you any product or service which I admired alot, most of other centers push you to do something you dont want but these guys did not.Hair transplant area is very dense which is great and its very natural, I was worried the hairline will look fake but no one can tell I had a transplant.overall everything was great.

We have visited this clinic in Istanbul recently on May 15,2024. It was a great experience. All the staff members were nice and professional. Doctor Murat was a knowledgeable person who performed his job well. The clinic manager, Furqan was a great person who explained each and everything in detail. He was really an honest person making this transplant crystal clear. Even we had some questions to ask from him, he responded well in time on WhatsApp and clarified about the post transplant medicines. Since I am also in medical field, I can see their honesty with the patients.

They were so cooperative to schedule my appointment as I had issues making my appointment on a certain time. Basically, you are dealing with a group of professionals who know their job and try to do their best to achieve the best outcome for their patient.
